Cleaning Recommendation
There's nothing worse than struggling to watch a show or movie because the screen is smudged or covered in dust. If you don't clean your TV from time to time, it can accumulate dust and fingerprint smudges. Clean periodically to keep it looking like new, and you can still see the image clearly.
- Step #1: Turn off the TV and let it cool for a few minutes before unplugging it.
- Step #2: To clean the frame and screen, gently wipe them with a dry microfiber cloth. Be sure to clean it as gently as possible. Screens are fragile and can be damaged if pressed too hard.
The Most Important "Nevers":
- Never use any type of glass cleaner, soap, scouring liquid, wax, or any cleaner with solvents such as alcohol, benzene, ammonia, or acetone.
- Never use abrasive pads or paper towels. Doing so may scratch the screen or remove the anti-glare coating from the screen and cause permanent damage.
- Never spray water directly on the TV.
Notes
- The decorative accessories that appear in the images do not accompany the product. Before purchasing the product, check the measurements of the space where you are interested in placing it. This will ensure that the product you chose is the right one for your space.
- The TV is only plugged in to verify that the screen turns on correctly and is in optimal condition.
- There is no antenna, internet, etc. programming. It is only connected to ensure that the TV turns on and works.

Furniture:

- If the space is not available, the driver will leave the verified merchandise inside the customer’s home.
- For motorized furniture, connection, programming, and testing are performed to ensure proper functionality.
Important:
- DIY furniture (customer-assembled): Not installed. The driver and customer will verify together that the items are in good condition.
- Furniture requiring complex installation: A special service must be coordinated in advance.
Appliances:
- Placed in the space indicated by the customer.
- The driver and customer will verify together that the items are in optimal condition.
- Recommendation: Make sure to measure doors, stairways, and hallways to ensure a smooth delivery.
Special Considerations:
- Ice Maker Kit: The driver does not install it. If purchased in-store, contact the Service Department to coordinate installation before delivery.
- Door swing change for “Top Mount” refrigerators: Must be requested at the time of purchase. The driver is not authorized to make this change at home or to remove doors to facilitate access.
Stoves and Dryers:
- Electric: Old power cords are not reused.
- Gas: Our staff is not authorized to connect the appliance to the gas tank. The customer must coordinate this service with their gas provider.
TV’s:
- Connected only to verify that they power on correctly and that the screen is in good condition.
- No setup of antenna, internet, or other services is performed.
