ELIGIBILITY: All legal residents of Puerto Rico who are 21 years of age or older at the time of applying for participation are eligible to participate in this Promotion/Sweepstakes, provided they possess a valid photo ID with signature issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico at the time of claiming a prize. The Promotion/Sweepstakes is limited to the geographic area of Puerto Rico and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Employees and/or contractors of advertising agencies that participated in any stage of the Promotion/Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate, including, but not limited to, Empresas Berríos Inc. d/b/a Mueblerías Berríos, Rent Express Inc. d/b/a Rent Express, Ashley® Furniture Homestore, Arco Publicidad, and their relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and/or second degree of affinity, as well as any other person residing with them. Employees and/or contractors of the aforementioned companies' subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as their relatives up to the fourth degree of consanguinity and/or second degree of affinity, and any person residing with said employees and/or contractors, will also be ineligible to participate. Any person who omits information to falsely claim qualification as a winner will be disqualified and subject to the appropriate criminal proceedings by government authorities.

4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR RECEIVE PRIZES.

A. Two (2) Forms of Free Participation:

1. During the “Promotion/Sweepstakes Period,” visit any of the twenty-three (23) Berríos Furniture stores located in Puerto Rico (EXCEPT “BERRÍOS OUTLETS”: GUAYNABO, ISABELA, CAGUAS, PONCE, AND FAJARDO CLEARANCE CENTER), locate any of the Promotion/Sweepstakes advertisements, and scan the “QR Code,” which will take you directly to the website http://www.berríos.pr/gana . You can also access this website without using the “QR Code.” Once you access the website, follow the instructions to provide the personal information required to register. You must read and accept the Official Rules and other terms and conditions to be formally registered.

2. By Coupon: For individuals who do not have the technology to scan the “QR Code” or internet access , during the “Promotion/Sweepstakes Period”, visit any of the twenty-three (23) Berríos Furniture stores located in Puerto Rico (EXCEPT “BERRÍOS OUTLETS”: GUAYNABO, ISABELA, CAGUAS, PONCE AND FAJARDO CLEARANCE CENTER), and indicate at the Customer Service counter that you wish to participate in the prize drawing. Present a photo ID with signature issued by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico for verification and provide your personal registration information to our representatives, who will then give you one (1) participation coupon, which you must fill out at the time of receipt and deposit in the designated ballot box in the store. The participation coupon must contain only the information of the registered person.

Only one (1) of the “Two (2) Free Entries:” will be allowed per eligible person during the entire “Promotion/Sweepstakes Period.

The Promoter, the Administrator, their advertising agency, and the Website Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify and eliminate any participant suspected of using mechanical, fraudulent, unfair, or dishonest methods. This determination will be final and not subject to appeal.

Entries must include your first and last name, full postal address, telephone number, and email address. Entries lacking this information will be disqualified. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

By participating in this Promotion/Sweepstakes, participants agree and accept that the Administrator's decisions regarding compliance with these rules in the sweepstakes will be final and binding, as well as the strict application of these rules in all their terms.

Your participation confirms your acceptance of these Official Rules. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. All entries must contain all the information required to be valid, become the property of the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator, and will not be returned.

This Promotion/Sweepstakes is not promoted, sponsored, administered, or associated with Walt Disney World® and its properties , nor with Royal Caribbean International® , which are trademarks of their respective owners in Puerto Rico, the United States, and other countries.
The “Prizes” are only valid up to their corresponding face value. If, at the time of redeeming their prize, a winner chooses products or services whose total price exceeds their corresponding face value, the difference in price, including sales tax (IVU), will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If, at the time of redeeming their prize, a winner chooses products or services whose total price is less than their corresponding face value, the difference in price will be forfeited without any right to credit.

The prizes will be available for collection at the offices of The Promoters/Sponsors , from the date of their respective draw. The prizes will be delivered to the winners, free of any taxes or other levies as of the date of delivery. Any taxes or contributions related to the acceptance or receipt of the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner once the prizes have been delivered.

The prizes are also subject to the following limitations and restrictions: Only the total number of prizes announced in these Official Rules will be awarded. Prizes consist exclusively of the items specifically described in these rules. Prizes are subject to verification; they are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash (except for the "First Prize"), except at the sole discretion of the Promoters and/or Administrator. If any prizes become unavailable, the Promoters and/or Administrator reserve the right to substitute them, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value, at their sole discretion. The Promoters and/or Administrator reserve the right to determine any details of the prizes not specifically stated in these Official Rules, at their sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for the payment of all taxes and contributions applicable to the receipt and/or use of the prizes, which have not been expressly included as part of the prize description, including, but not limited to, income tax, sales tax, consumption tax, use tax, value-added tax, or similar contributions. The Promoters and/or Administrator are not responsible for the loss, misplacement, non-use, or misuse of the prizes, any prize components, and/or related documents (including warranties) once delivered to a winner. Any prize and/or portion thereof that is not used, taken advantage of, or is used incorrectly or incompletely by the winners will be considered forfeited, without any obligation of replacement, compensation, refund, or credit of any kind on the part of the Promoters and/or Administrator. Winners must allow for any reasonable delay in the notification process, release signatures, and prize delivery, which will not exceed ninety (90) days from the date of winner verification.

* The “Second and Third Prize” are also subject to the following additional Limitations and Restrictions: The dates for these trips will be those available between June 2026 and May 2027. Prize Use Deadline: Trips must be completed on or before May 31, 2027, or the corresponding prize will be forfeited and lost. Potential winners must coordinate with the agent designated by the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving their “ Gift Certificate” to reserve their prize travel dates well in advance and no less than thirty (30) days prior to their desired travel dates. The Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator are not responsible for, nor can they guarantee, the availability of travel dates, services, schedules, or itineraries. Travel dates/times are subject to availability, closed seasons, and any restrictions that may be applied by third-party transportation/accommodation/service providers .

The “ Second and Third Prizes ” include taxes and government fees. They do not include, where applicable: travel or Tips not described in these rules, first-class flights, meals, alcoholic beverages, transportation, room service, souvenirs, local and long-distance calls, ground transportation to and from the airport in Puerto Rico or the United States, transportation from any other city to and from San Juan to the winner's residence, travel documents, and any other expenses not described in these rules are not included. Each potential winner and their companions must have the required travel documents. Each potential winner is solely responsible for having a valid and active credit card to present at the airline counter and/or hotel and/or cruise line check -in to cover any damage, loss, incidental or additional expenses incurred by them and their companion as airline passengers and/or as guests of the hotel or cruise line, in accordance with their respective policies. To the extent possible (though the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator neither guarantee nor offer such upgrades or additional services related to the use of these prizes ) , each potential Winner is solely responsible for coordinating these upgrades directly and at their own expense with the provider and acknowledges that the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator will have no responsibility whatsoever to carry out such arrangements or cover any sum related to the use of the corresponding prize that in any way exceeds the description or maximum value indicated in these rules.

Each potential Winner and their companions must be able to choose alternative arrangements, dates, or itineraries to complete the use of their prize within their respective, previously indicated "Prize Use Deadline". Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the entire prize, without compensation or credit of any kind. The Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator are not responsible for the loss, misplacement, non-use, or misuse of these prizes, any items, and/or documents pertaining thereto (including tickets or travel and accommodation vouchers) once issued and delivered to each potential Winner. Any portion of these prizes that is not used, enjoyed, or is used incorrectly or incompletely by a potential Winner/Companion will be considered forfeited, without any obligation of replacement, compensation, refund, or credit of any kind on the part of the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator.

Each potential Winner and their companions acknowledge and accept that the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator and other entities related to the Promotion/Sweepstakes do not control or are responsible for the quality or suitability of third-party services or the restrictions, limitations, closed dates, changes of dates/times, room changes, defects, delays and/or cancellations caused by independent providers of air, land and similar transportation services, and that these are governed by the terms and conditions established by said service providers.

The companions of the potential winners must be adults in Puerto Rico, provided, however, that each potential winner may designate any minor as a companion, only if this is the parent with parental authority or legal guardian of said minor companion.

Each potential winner and their companions are solely responsible for having all required travel documents available, such as passports and any other valid identification and/or travel requirements, including visas as applicable, in time for their trip on the coordinated dates. Each potential winner and their companions must travel together on the same dates and itinerary, with the same transportation provider. All costs for changes to tickets, itineraries, accommodations, and/or the identity of companions, once the travel tickets have been issued, will be the sole responsibility of each potential winner and their companions, including those incurred due to loss, theft, or misplacement of issued tickets or vouchers, or missed flights, transportation, or check-in, unless otherwise determined by the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator at their sole discretion. It is understood that once the cruise trip has been coordinated, no changes of any kind will be permitted.

6. SELECTION, NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS AND CLAIM OF THE PRIZE: The "Prizes" draw will take place on April 1, 2026. at the Arco Publicidad headquarters in San Juan. On the date of the drawing, one (1) winner will be selected at random, using an “electronic/digital raffle”, before a Notary Public. for each of the three (3) “Prizes” and six (6) alternate winners. A winner will be replaced by an alternate winner if they do not claim their prize within the term provided in these rules, or fail to meet the participation requirements. Alternate winners will be summoned to claim a prize in the strict order in which they were selected and their participation marked by the Notary Public.

Only one (1) prize per winner will be allowed. If a winner is selected again as an alternate winner, that second selection will be disqualified and another winner or alternate winner will be selected. Similarly, if a person residing at the same address as a winner or alternate winner is selected as a winner or alternate winner, that selection will be disqualified and another winner or alternate winner will be selected.

Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or letter sent via regular mail. Each winner has five (5) days from the date of notification to claim and arrange for the collection of their prize. If a winner does not claim their prize within five (5) days or fails to meet the participation requirements, including signing release forms, their prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Alternate winners will be contacted to claim their prizes in the strict order in which they were selected. If alternate winners become winners, they will be notified in the same manner and provided with the same terms and conditions for claiming their prize.

Each potential winner must complete and sign the prize release and acceptance agreements before collecting their prize. These prize release and acceptance agreements will be provided by the Administrator and must be returned via email, signed and accompanied by copies of identification and any other documents required by the Administrator .

“ In accordance with the provisions of Section 1063.01(a) of the Puerto Rico Internal Revenue Code of 2011, as amended, any person or entity engaged in industry or business in Puerto Rico that grants prizes, gifts, or “ giveaways ”, must complete and file form 480.6A - Informative Declaration - Other Income Not Subject to Withholding (“Form 480.6A”) when the value of the gift, prize or “ giveaway ” is equal to or greater than five hundred dollars ($500) during the calendar year.”

For this purpose, potential winners of these prizes must provide their Social Security number to the Administrator.

Once the process of signing the release and acceptance agreements for the prize is complete, the Administrator will coordinate with the potential Winner to schedule an appointment at the Berríos Furniture store nearest to their residence for the delivery of their prize. On the day of their appointment, the potential Winner must bring the notification received by regular mail and/or email, and identification (as described in paragraph “3. ELIGIBILITY:”, above) to the indicated Berríos Furniture store.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS, RELEASES AND AVAILABILITY OF RULES: The Promoter and/or the Administrator will not be responsible for entries that are incorrect, inaccurate or with omitted information, or any combination thereof, typographical errors, late, lost, incomplete, improperly addressed or sent, stolen, mechanically reproduced, illegible, or with insufficient postage; problems due to unavailable network connections, failed, delayed, incomplete, undecipherable computer transmissions, online failures, errors of “hardware”, “software”, servers, providers, equipment, human errors or other technical problems or defects or any other failure in communications or circumstances that, in any way, limit the user's ability to participate in the Promotion/Sweepstakes. Any individual who attempts to harm or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion/Sweepstakes may be subject to civil and criminal penalties. Should such an attempt occur, the Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to pursue any criminal or civil action to obtain compensation for any damages incurred, to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the event of a dispute regarding a winner's right to receive any prize, the entry in question will be deemed to have been made by the individual whose name and personal information appear on the entry selected in the sweepstakes.

Neither the Promoter, the Administrator, nor any other agent will be liable for damages, accidents or losses (direct, indirect or consequential) that the winners, their families or any person may suffer from the use or enjoyment of the prizes, nor during any stage of the Promotion/Sweepstakes, whatever the nature of the loss suffered, including, but not limited to: physical loss, death, emotional damages, economic damages, etc. By accepting a prize, potential winners and any other persons who may enjoy the prize with said potential winners agree to release the Promoters/Sponsors and Administrator, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, attorneys, affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, and insurers, as well as the prize providers (“The Released Parties”), from any claim or liability for alleged negligent acts or omissions, or for any reason whatsoever, related to this Promotion/Sweepstakes at any stage thereof, as well as for any claim in connection with the prize received , including without limitation, during any transfer and/or activity of any and all kinds related to this Promotion/Sweepstakes or the prizes, and acknowledge and accept that the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator do not and will not provide any type of medical or other insurance with the prizes, and therefore the winner assumes all risks inherent in and/or in connection with any aspect of the installation and/or use thereof.

The Released Parties will not be liable for printing, typographical, human, or any other errors in the materials related to the Sweepstakes, nor will they be responsible for entries that are lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible, or for electronic, computer, or telephone errors or malfunctions, including, but not limited to, the participant's use and configuration of their telephone unit. Participants agree that the Released Parties provide no warranty regarding the services and products included in the prizes. Participants, therefore, release the Released Parties from claims related to, and without limitation, defects in manufacturing, quality, and/or design, or quality of services. The participant and/or the winner agrees that the Released Parties provide no general or specific, direct or indirect warranty with respect to any of the products or services that serve as prizes. They are not responsible for the quality and performance of said products or services, and these only have the warranties, if any, that can be provided by their suppliers and manufacturers. It is understood that any warranties in addition to those offered by the suppliers and/or manufacturers will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winners. The responsibility of the Promoters/Sponsors and/or Administrator is limited to delivering the prizes offered and administering the mechanics of this Promotion/Sweepstakes. If any part of this release is deemed unenforceable against any of the Released Parties because the waiver of claims against any of these Released Parties is not legally valid, the release so given will be valid with respect to the other Released Parties. If, in the opinion of the Promoters/Sponsors or the Administrator, there is any evidence or suspicion that any aspect of the Sweepstakes has been tampered with, or that there has been undue intent, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures that compromise, corrupt, or affect the administration, integrity, security, objectivity, or proper conduct of the Promotion/Sweepstakes, the Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any fraudulently submitted entries or to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes (subject to proper notification or approval, as required, of the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs) and to conduct another drawing to award the prizes to eligible participants that have been received and about which there is no suspicion.

Any and all obligations on the part of the Promoters/Sponsors and/or the Administrator, towards the potential prize winners, will cease and be fully satisfied at the time of delivery of the prize.

Acceptance of the prize also implies compliance with these rules and the winner's authorization for the Promoter and Administrator to use their name, photograph, image, biographical data, voice, and/or video for promotional and advertising purposes, including online advertisements, without restriction and without additional compensation. All entries, photos, and/or recordings of the winners will become the property of the Promoters/Sponsors and will not be returned.

Taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner, who, by accepting a prize, also consents to the payment of any applicable taxes. CANCELLATION OF THE PROMOTION/DRAW: The Promoter and the Administrator They reserve the right to cancel, change the start and end dates of the Promotion/Sweepstakes, modify these rules, the conditions thereof and the prizes offered in case of: unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, order of the public authority, “Acts of God”, pandemics such as the “COVID-19 Pandemic”, or any other beyond their control or beyond their will that makes it necessary, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
