Payment Method
Payment on Your Last Statement Cycle
It is important to emphasize that, even if you make a payment on your last statement cycle, said payment does not settle the outstanding balance on your account. That is, the balance that appears at the end of your last statement cycle does not reflect any transactions you made days before or after the end of your last statement cycle; and it does not reflect the interest charged, accrued, and applicable to the outstanding balance on your account.
If you have not paid your account balance in full during the last two billing cycles, your account will continue to accrue interest on your account balance until we receive full payment. You can call (787) 653-3939 to request a balance check to avoid interest increases on your account due to unpaid balances.
Current Payment
Paying your current balance may not fully balance your account. Your current balance may not include interest charged if you have not paid your balance in full within the past two months. Check your next statement for the amounts you owe.
Once your online payment request is received before midnight local time, you will see a reduction in your current balance and your minimum payment due. However, your available credit may not immediately increase by the amount of your payment, and it may take 5 business days (in some cases, up to 14 business days) to reflect your payment amount.
Minimum Payment
To avoid additional charges to your account, it is important that the minimum payment be received on or before the due date shown on your statement, no later than 9:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time (AST). Your available credit may not increase by the amount of your payment immediately and may take 5 business days (in some cases up to 14 business days) to reflect the amount of your payment.
Thank you for your payment.
Your payment will be reflected on your account soon.
